All of our products are heavy, so shipping costs vary depending on where the customer lives.
All prices on our website are prices collected from our warehouse in Tønsberg.
In the event of a return, the customer must cover the actual cost of shipping.
When you receive the item, we ask that you check it. You must always check that the packaging is not damaged and that the number of packages is correct. If the item is damaged during transport, this must be noted on the carrier’s delivery form. Damage/shortages must always be reported to us immediately and no later than the same day that you have received the item.
We are responsible until the item is taken over by you. If the products are damaged or missing, you can demand correction of the error, replacement, new goods or that the purchase be cancelled. If you demand a new item, it is assumed that the item is still in stock in our warehouse.
Notification of errors, damage or shortages must be sent by e-mail as we must have written documentation of this.

Fasadenor.no uses different shipping companies, depending on where you live, and which company can deliver to you in the safest and best possible way. Since all our products are so heavy, we will always choose the transport we think is best for both the customer and fasadenor.no
Pick up yourself
The goods can be picked up from our warehouse at Jordbærveien 31, 3153 Tolvsrød.
NB! Remember that you must always call or send an email to arrange a time for picking up your goods.
If you arrive before this has been done, our warehouse workers may not be present and we cannot guarantee that the goods are physically present. Or that there is someone who can meet you on site.

Delivery Status
Stock items are normally shipped within one to two business days. The time you order determines when we can pick, pack and ship your order. The transit time will vary slightly depending on the delivery address and the shipping method you choose
