Yes, as long as the item is in its original packaging and has not been installed/used, you can return it to us. We have a 14-day return policy for the Fasadenor.no online store. The days are counted from the day you received the item. If you regret a purchase from us, the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act applies.
How do I return it?
Have you picked up your package in a store? Then you can also return the package to the same store or another delivery location. Or the same carrier that came to deliver the item to you. What happens when I have returned the item?

You as the sender are responsible for the return and the return cost. Consumables, personal hygiene items cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
