The De Luxe Outdoor Pavilion 4×3 meters is a modern and exclusive outdoor pavilion for those who want a solid, functional and stylish pergola of high quality. This freestanding pavilion is developed for Nordic conditions and gives you a comfortable outdoor space that can be used for much of the year. With a motorized slatted roof, integrated drainage system and sliding glass walls in tempered safety glass, the De Luxe outdoor pavilion combines elegant design with practical and weatherproof solutions.
Motorized slatted roof with integrated drainage
The conservatory comes with an electric slatted roof that is controlled by remote control, making it easy to regulate sunlight, shade and ventilation. The slatted roof provides optimal control over the indoor climate and makes this pergola suitable for both sunny and rainy days.
The roof has an integrated drainage system in each post, where rainwater is hiddenly led down into the legs and out onto the ground. When installed correctly, the structure is waterproof and very suitable for use throughout much of the year.
The roof can withstand up to 90 kg of snow per square meter, but the slats should not be adjusted when there is a heavy snow load or a lot of ice.
Sliding glass walls in 10 mm tempered safety glass
The De Luxe Utestue comes complete with 4 sliding glass walls in 10 mm tempered safety glass, mounted on solid casters. The glass walls effectively protect against wind and weather, while providing maximum light.
The sliding glass makes the conservatory flexible and comfortable, and helps to extend the outdoor season significantly.
Freestanding pergola with flexible placement
This is a freestanding pergola that cannot be attached to a wall, which gives great freedom in placement on a terrace, in the garden or in other outdoor areas.

Are the pergolas from Fasadenor adapted to the Norwegian climate?
Yes. Our pergolas are developed for Nordic conditions and constructed to withstand rain, wind and snow when used correctly. Depending on the model, the pergolas have a snow load of approx. 80–100 kg per m².
Is the pergola waterproof?
Yes. The slatted and conservatory models are 100% waterproof in the closed position. Rainwater is drained away via an integrated drainage system that is hidden in the structure and led down through the legs.
Can the pergola be used all year round?
Yes, the pergolas are intended for year-round use. In case of heavy snowfall, it is recommended to open the slats or remove snow to reduce the load on the structure.
What is the difference between a manual and motorized pergola?
Manual pergolas are operated with a crank and do not require a power connection. These have fewer wearing parts and are very reliable. Motorized pergolas are controlled with a remote control and possibly an app or LED lighting, but require a permanent power connection.
Does a motorized pergola require electricity?
Yes. Motorized models must be connected to electricity according to current regulations. Manual pergolas do not require electricity.
Can the motor, glass walls or side walls be retrofitted?
Yes. Most models are designed for retrofitting side walls (manual or motorized), glass walls and other accessories. You can buy the pergola first and expand the solution later.
Can I install the pergola myself?
Yes. The pergolas can be installed by private individuals with normal technical understanding. Assembly instructions are included. What should the pergola be mounted on?

What warranty applies?

What is not covered by the warranty?
