GlassService agreement from Fasadenor
Security for you as a customer – for 12 months
When you invest in a greenhouse with tempered glass, it is important to know that accidents can happen. That is why we offer an optional GlassService agreement that gives you extra security.
This is what you get with our GlassService agreement:
- Price: 1690,- incl. VAT
- Duration: 12 months from the time we ship the item from our warehouse
- Coverage: Up to 4 free replacement glasses in the event of damage, including accidents or external influences
- Glass: Applies to tempered glass supplied by Fasadenor
Terms of the agreement:
- The customer covers the shipping/transport of replacement glass: Or collects from our warehouse.
- The agreement must be signed before we ship from our warehouse: Starting from the day we ship the goods from our warehouse.
- Only applies to standard glass panes: Which are delivered with our greenhouse.
- In the event of damage during transport, we will send new glass free of charge: But only if:
1. The damage is noted upon receipt.
2. The carrier has noted the damage on the waybill or digital receipt.
3. Pictures are sent to us immediately.
If the damage is not noted upon receipt, the carrier or we do not cover the damage. Therefore, it is important to check the package carefully upon delivery.
