Lysthus Midgard 318x471x289 cm – 15 m²

Midgard Gazebo – an exclusive glass gazebo with a hipped roof

Do you dream of an exclusive glass gazebo, an elegant orangery, or a bright and spacious garden room where you can enjoy your garden for much of the year?

The Midgard Gazebo is an exclusive 15 m² structure that combines classic architecture with modern materials and a highly robust aluminum frame.

The elegant hipped roof and large glass surfaces give Midgard a distinctive, upscale look, making it a natural focal point in the garden.

Measuring 318 x 471 cm with a total height of 289 cm, it offers a spacious, airy garden room with plenty of space for outdoor furniture, a dining set, plants, and other décor.

Midgard comes with 4 mm tempered safety glass in both the roof and walls. This ensures maximum light intake and an exclusive feel, giving you the sensation of sitting out in the garden while remaining sheltered inside the gazebo.

HIPPED ROOF – CLASSIC AND EXCLUSIVE ARCHITECTURE

One of the most distinctive features of the Midgard Gazebo is its elegant hipped roof.

Unlike a traditional gable roof, a hipped roof features sloping surfaces that extend to the ends of the building as well. This creates a harmonious, upscale architectural look that is perfect for a freestanding gazebo or orangery.

The combination of a hipped roof, black aluminum, and large glass surfaces makes Midgard a gazebo that truly stands out in the garden.

4 MM TEMPERED SAFETY GLASS IN BOTH ROOF AND WALLS

Midgard comes with 4 mm tempered safety glass in both the roof and walls.

The full glass roof is one of the model’s key features, offering a significantly more premium look than solutions using twin-wall polycarbonate or other roofing materials.

The result is maximum light intake and a wonderful sense of spaciousness.

When sitting inside Midgard, you enjoy views through both the walls and large sections of the roof structure. During the day, the glass lets in abundant natural light, while in the evening, you can sit sheltered indoors while remaining close to the garden and your surroundings.

Tempered safety glass is significantly stronger than standard glass and is ideally suited for this type of structure.

A NEW LIVING SPACE IN THE GARDEN

Midgard is designed for those who want more than just a traditional greenhouse.

It is a garden pavilion—an uninsulated garden room—that can be furnished and used in a variety of ways. Use Midgard as a:

Place a large dining set in the center and invite family and friends for long dinners in the garden.

Create a lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, and a table.

Or create your own orangery with citrus trees, olive trees, flowers, and other plants.

With 15 m² of floor space, you have excellent opportunities to combine multiple uses.

PANORAMIC FEEL WITH LARGE GLASS SURFACES

One of Midgard’s greatest advantages is the sense of openness created by its large glass surfaces.

Both the roof and walls feature clear, 4 mm tempered safety glass. This allows for excellent light transmission, effectively making the garden a natural extension of the room.

This makes Midgard an ideal choice for those seeking a garden pavilion where views, light, and architecture take center stage.

The black aluminum creates an elegant contrast with the glass, giving the structure a modern yet timeless aesthetic.

BUILT FOR NORDIC CONDITIONS

A garden pavilion should be more than just beautiful to look at; it needs to be robust.

Midgard is constructed using heavy-duty aluminum profiles with a thickness ranging from 1.2 to 2.0 mm.

The structure is engineered to withstand a snow load of up to 120 kg/m².

This makes Midgard a solid choice for the Norwegian and Nordic climate.

Aluminum is also a low-maintenance material that does not require the ongoing upkeep associated with many traditional construction materials.

SNOW LOAD CAPACITY OF UP TO 120 KG/M²

Midgard is engineered to withstand a snow load of up to 120 kg/m².

The robust aluminum framework, combined with the hipped roof design, results in a sturdy pavilion built to handle demanding weather conditions.

For those looking for a permanent garden pavilion, the structure’s strength is a key feature of the product.

INTEGRATED ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM

Midgard features an integrated drainage system within the roof structure.

The roof profiles are designed with dedicated drainage channels that efficiently direct rainwater away from the structure.

The system ensures a watertight roof without the need for traditional silicone sealing. This is particularly important when the garden pavilion is to be used as a garden room featuring outdoor furniture, a dining set, and other interior furnishings.

PERFECT FOR OUTDOOR FURNITURE AND DINING SETS

With a floor area of a full 15 m², Midgard offers plenty of space for furnishings.

You can easily combine a dining set with plants along the walls, or furnish the entire pavilion as a comfortable lounge area.

The glass walls ensure the room retains an open feel, even when furnished.

Midgard can thus become a natural focal point in the garden for everyday use, weekends, and pleasant gatherings.

AN EXCLUSIVE ORANGERY

Midgard also works exceptionally well as an orangery.

The extensive glazing allows in abundant natural daylight, creating ideal conditions for a wide variety of plants.

Combine large potted plants and smaller greenery with furniture to create your own lush living space.

The result is a structure that combines the features of a garden pavilion, an orangery, and a garden room.

5 WINDOWS FOR EXCELLENT VENTILATION

Good ventilation is essential in a garden pavilion with large glass surfaces.

Midgard therefore comes with a total of 5 windows:

Window size: 68 x 81 cm

This allows for excellent cross-ventilation and temperature regulation on hot days.

Automatic window openers are available as an accessory if you prefer automatic, temperature-controlled window operation.

FLEXIBLE DOOR PLACEMENT

The design offers great flexibility regarding the placement of the entrance.

The doors can be installed on different sides of the structure, making it easier to adapt Midgard to its location in the garden, the foundation, and your desired furniture layout.

This provides greater freedom when planning how to integrate the gazebo with the rest of your outdoor space.

WIDE ENTRANCE AND LOW THRESHOLD

Midgard features a wide door opening of approximately 145 cm and a height of about 185 cm.

The low-threshold design creates a practical and elegant transition between the outdoor area and the gazebo.

This makes it easier to move in outdoor furniture, plants, and other equipment.

SMART AND STURDY CONSTRUCTION

Midgard utilizes a modern three-point connection system that reduces the need for traditional bolts and nuts.

This contributes to faster, more straightforward assembly while giving the structure a cleaner visual appearance.

The system was developed with a focus on structural strength, precision, and efficient assembly.

INDIVIDUALLY REPLACEABLE GLASS PANELS

The structure is designed so that individual glass panels can be replaced should any glass become damaged. This means there is no need to dismantle entire wall sections to replace a single glass panel.

This makes future maintenance easier and more cost-effective.

20-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE ALUMINUM FRAME

The robust aluminum structure is designed for longevity.

Midgard comes with a full 20-year warranty on the aluminum frame.

This provides extra peace of mind when investing in a permanent garden pavilion or orangery.
