The De Luxe Lamell Pergola 800×400×258 cm is our largest and most exclusive motorized pergola, developed for Norwegian weather conditions. This model consists of two joined pergolas measuring 4×4 meters, giving you a spacious and continuous patio of 32 m².
The pergola comes complete with specially adapted accessories that ensure a seamless and stable construction, including a roof strip for sealing between the units and a double anchor plate for the center posts. This provides maximum strength, stability and an elegant overall expression.
This model comes with two separate motors, which can be controlled either together or separately – completely according to your wishes. This gives you maximum flexibility in use and customization.

Are the pergolas from Fasadenor adapted to the Norwegian climate?
Yes. Our pergolas are developed for Nordic conditions and constructed to withstand rain, wind and snow when used correctly. Depending on the model, the pergolas have a snow load of approx. 80–100 kg per m².
Is the pergola waterproof?
Yes. The slatted and conservatory models are 100% waterproof in the closed position. Rainwater is drained away via an integrated drainage system that is hidden in the structure and led down through the legs.
Can the pergola be used all year round?
Yes, the pergolas are intended for year-round use. In case of heavy snowfall, it is recommended to open the slats or remove snow to reduce the load on the structure.
What is the difference between a manual and motorized pergola?
Manual pergolas are operated with a crank and do not require a power connection. These have fewer wearing parts and are very reliable. Motorized pergolas are controlled with a remote control and possibly an app or LED lighting, but require a permanent power connection.
Does a motorized pergola require electricity?
Yes. Motorized models must be connected to electricity according to current regulations. Manual pergolas do not require electricity.
Can the motor, glass walls or side walls be retrofitted?
Yes. Most models are designed for retrofitting side walls (manual or motorized), glass walls and other accessories. You can buy the pergola first and expand the solution later.
Can I install the pergola myself?
Yes. The pergolas can be installed by private individuals with normal technical understanding. Assembly instructions are included. What is not covered by the warranty?
